Offering a broad array of options

Our normal inventory purchases are from 50-4,000 office employees and may include complete workstations, private offices, desk, chairs, files, lunchroom furnishings and more. Our usual project is an average 150 person/employee office commercial floor space of furniture. Inventories sell directly from our client's office-building floor or warehouse storage. Each inventory is unique in price, brand, quantity, size, color, age, location, time of availability and condition.

With strict quality control standards

We take special care to ensure that the inventories we offer are inspected before our client’s pick-up. We’re particular about exact model descriptions, accurate parts listings, and correct colors. With OfficeSystems, you always know exactly what you are buying.

We request that before any inventory is purchased that our buyer or their buyer’s agent inspects the furniture with us before the purchase transaction. We also encourage the buyer to be present at time of furniture pickup to qualify accuracy of all parts count and condition before final sign off and transfer of ownership. Buyer beware is our rule for used inventories. We assure our clients a complete follow through upfront and before the purchase transaction begins to assure accuracy for purchase for final delivery, installation and completion on the other end.
